location was excellent and after the hot water problem was solved the holiday was really good, I would definitely use this property again

just really lack of information regarding hot water, appliances and also just one front door key. As a family we did not spend the entire week doing the same things so an extra front door key would be an advantage. Our only big complaint was the condition of the balcony. the deck boards need replacing

La recogida de las llaves fue una auténtica pesadilla. El anfitrión no se preocupó por contactar conmigo con suficiente antelación para gestionar la entrada. El dia en que llegamos tuve que escribir varias veces hasta que me llamaron y ahí empezó un juego de pistas que duró 7 horas hasta wue me dieron el código de acceso al candado donde estaban las llaves. Ese proceso tenía pasos tan absurdos como solicitar en un primer momento foto de los pasaportes de todos los huéspedes y tres pasos después solicitar selfies de los huéspedes con el pasaporte. Algo que para entonces era ya imposible porque buena parte del grupo se encontraba viajando en avión en ese momento por lo que se supone que teniamos que esperar a que llegaran para que los primeros pudieran entrar. Finalmente a mi solicitud aceptaron darnos el codigo con solo dos selfies. En fin, todo un contrasentido y una complicación absurda e innecesaria.

Almost Everything....the accommodation offers a luxury stay. It is better experienced than as described on Booking.com. Quiet neighbourhood.

Athough it is very close to two tube stations and bustops, it is a long walkable distance from major tourist attraction because of its location in a high profile living area of Westminster. Main sitting room not a smart TV.

Location, size and bedrooms. This would be amazing, if the cleaning/management was up to standard.

Rubbish bins overflowing on arrival, dirty dishes/pots and pans in the cupboards and broken/faulty kitchen equipment.
