Location is good and not very far from the nearest underground. Many shops nearby, hence very convenient. The unit was large with 2 bedrooms.

Creeky floor and makes sound while walking around the house. One of the aircons were leaking after setting to recommended settings.

The location and it was clean.

This is not a 4* property as advertised. It is 3 at most. The couch was ripped, the beds extremely uncomfortable and the bathrooms very average. It also advertised soundproofing and satellite tv, it had neither. There is also an active construction site directly outside the windows which the host told me was only internal works, yet they were in full noisy construction mode everyday including the weekend. Yes we were out most of the day, but heard it first thing and no chance of a quiet relax in the afternoon. Not the hosts fault, but I was certainly misinformed.
