The apartment is located in the heart of Notting Hill, surrounded by plenty of great eateries and cafés. It’s within walking distance of Hyde Park, and the underground station is just a few minutes away, making it very convenient for exploring London. Overall, a great location for a stay in the city.

It was a well equipped flat, and spacious for the price especially compared to a hotel room. The Hypnos mattress was comfortable and we slept well. The bedroom was in the back of the flat away from the High Street so it was quiet. The kitchenette was clean and worked well. Two room fans were provided and they were essential to cool the flat with the windows open. Of course the noise of London life drifted in too, but the 3rd floor location mitigated that. There is a Gail's bakery and Waitrose nearby. The closest Tube stations were either Royal Oak or Bayswater, both about 10 minutes walk.

The listing did not highlight our flat (Flat C) was on the third floor. With no lift, this would have been a tough climb for us if we had come with suitcases. Fortunately we travelled light. The TV didn't work initially. We had to put the VHF antenna out of the window before we got reception. It did not appear to have an internet connection. The bathroom sink needed unblocking. i informed the management of all these issues and they acknowledged them.
