The flat is in a great location and it’s therefore very easy to get everywhere. Lancaster Gate is the local tube station. We also loved the proximity to Hyde Park.
While we were advised on booking that it was possible the flat we got would be on a higher floor and that there was not a lift (elevator) in the building, there really should have been 1) a better description of how many stairs (95) and how precarious and steep the last two flights were; 2) an option to confirm whether that many stairs would be a challenge so that we could have chosen another location to stay. The beds were also extremely hard so we didn’t sleep well during our stay.

The location was amazing. Very near to bus stop and tube station. The staff were polite . Will definitely come back.
I wish they had put basic things like extra garbage bags for dustbin , sone table salt etc. These small things go longway. The emergency exit was locked and we had no keys. In an emergency there was no way for us to escape , except to break the glass of kitchen window. Rest all windows had bars and doors were locked.

Location and generally is fine except that it was not mentioned that it is in a fifth floor without elevator
That I had to climb too many stairs without any warning. Imagine that I would have any health condition?

Location and size of the apartment
it wasn’t clean and the check in process wasn’t smooth. Also the showers had only an oveehead shower.
