The most comfortable bed and linen that I have ever slept in. Gorgeous apartment, spacious, well heated, natural light, amazing location- quiet yet close to station,shops, park.
Some of the kitchen equipment was dirty and the place smelled strongly of smoke. We didn't care though, because it was a really good price for a lovely place.

- Excellent location - Facilities were excellent (heating was great, elegant interior, new bathrooms) - Underground flat with lift access - The flat had a pleasant, fresh scent
- Delay in the check in process (even after around 4 pm the cleaner was still in the flat) - The cleaning was not perfect (female hair was around the flat, bathrooms, spiderwebs in some corners and the chandelier in the main bedroom) - Hand soap was not available ( mini bottles of shampoos and conditioners were available) - The sofa needs changing, a bit old and stained - The flat contained personal items from previous occupants, including used underwear and bras in the main bedroom drawers

Location was good and decently spacious property.
The property wasn’t clean. Cobwebs everywhere. Host not cooperative. No daily housekeeping.
