Clean and tidy. Good facilities. Excellent location.

Unfortunately there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Didn’t realise that there was no lift and lots of stairs to get to our accommodation. No hooks to hang coats or towels.

We liked the location.

The bathroom was very small. It needs a thorough clean of balcony/under beds etc.

Nice friendly staff greeting us at reception, all of the rooms are in different buildings along the street was a bit confusing to find them.

We stayed on the hottest day of the year and we didn't feel comfortable sleeping with the window open and there were no fans in the room so it was VERY hot.

The location was good. Tube line to London very accessible.

We were about 7 story’s up steep stairs. There was a hole in the floorboards. The room was freezing. The draft constantly banged the front door. You couldn’t swing a cat in the bathroom to the extent to where you couldn’t even dry yourself after the shower. The shower was cold and had no water pressure. The receptionist where we went to collect the key cards were rude and made a remark saying “hopefully these work”. The check in desk is in a different hotel up the road. Location good. Wouldn’t come back to this establishment.
