Booking.com messed up our booking and put us in a room with 2 double beds instead of 2 doubles and a single. MSK resolved our issue in minutes by giving us an extra room free of charge. The guy at reception was lovely.
Mattresses could doing with being replaced as a bit saggy.

Great location close to transport links and lots of good and drink options. Property well maintained and room is functional and equipped as you would expect. However be aware that their is no safe and you don’t get any starter pack of tea, coffee etc. No air con but you get enough fans.
This is a converted property on multiple floors (6+) so be aware that there is no lift. It should make that clear on the booking area. The photo at booking did not truly reflect the room we were allocated.

Great location. Just opposite to Kensington park. Really nice street. Beds were comfortable. Basic was there - shower, mini kitchen, TV.
There is no window or ventilation in the toilet. When we came it stank. The room is on the souths side so it was really hot inside, even at night with opened window. Also, it is quite noisy. Vegetables in a fridge were frozen.
