Central location, beautiful apartment modern just what you needed inside small shower/wc fridge,small work top cooker,kettle,toaster,cutlery cups,glasses Fresh clean towels. We didn’t need the cleaning service or anymore fresh towels but they did provide a watts app telephone number to contact between 9-4 if you needed anything we didn’t but thought that was a lovely touch. Definitely recommend will stay there again. Close to Hyde park,shops and restaurants are so close just in the other street. Lovely area to be fair.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. except the 5 sets of stairs we had to climb if you have problems with stairs walking difficulties then maybe request a low floor as that was really hard work back and forth.

The area in which the property was ideal for commuting around London. The area was quiet and easy to get to. The apartment was okay,
Sadly, I have to mark this property as negative (which is a first for me). Throughout the booking process, there was no mention of the number of stairs I would have to climb. I have a disability, and they sadly gave me an apartment on the 4th floor. I managed this, but was in pain each time (we stayed 4 nights).
The room certainly wasn't as big as the write-up suggested. There wasn't much walking space around the bed, as there were 2 chairs and the bed. The kitchen was adequate, but sadly, there was no tea towel to dry the dishes. The bathroom was so small that it was difficult to move about in, and this was also due to the sink's size. The shower was so small that I struggled to get in and out. Yes, I am curvy, but it was too small. It would have been nice to have a couple of spare towels, as we only had 2 bath towels and no hand towels.
It certainly was a disappointment not to have the apartment which we were hoping for.
