Smart building set on a quiet street one row back from 2 tube stations and various shops and restaurants. Handy when returning late home and needing a drink (or ice cream @Amorino Gelato)! Very close to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park with lovely walks. All in all very convenient and good value for money for central London. Would stay again but not the room I was in!

Totally understood from the start, the 7 sets of stairs up to the room, so not an issue, enjoyed the exercise. The room itself was ridiculously hot. One fan barely cut through any heat in the space. It wasn’t even the heatwave….that was the following week. The blind did not work over the window. The shower was not very powerful. The bathroom itself cannot adhere to building regulations?? To sit on the toilet you had to sit sideways as the sink unit was so large and took over the room. Could easily change to a smaller sink and the issue would be resolved, there was nothing in the cupboard underneath anyway. No hand towel in here either. Kitchen area could do with a tea towel or kitchen towel to dry off your washing up. If i stayed again I would def request a lower floor room with a bigger bathroom.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. The best place in London for a fair price. Highly recommended.

Central location, beautiful apartment modern just what you needed inside small shower/wc fridge,small work top cooker,kettle,toaster,cutlery cups,glasses Fresh clean towels. We didn’t need the cleaning service or anymore fresh towels but they did provide a watts app telephone number to contact between 9-4 if you needed anything we didn’t but thought that was a lovely touch. Definitely recommend will stay there again. Close to Hyde park,shops and restaurants are so close just in the other street. Lovely area to be fair.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. except the 5 sets of stairs we had to climb if you have problems with stairs walking difficulties then maybe request a low floor as that was really hard work back and forth.

Close proximity to the underground

Some outside noise, initial start was ordinary but the staff quickly resolved the issue.
