Gentilezza dello staff, pulizia e posizione ottima
Poca flessibilità nella procedura di check in. Ho avuto problemi in quanto non si visualizzava il portale degli ospiti e quindi siamo arrivati alla mattina del soggiorno senza aver selezionato adeguatamente le persone rispetto alle stanze. Ho chiesto loro di intervenire ma continuavano a mandare massaggi automatici. Avevamo due neonati con noi e avevamo una sola culla. Assenza di personale e colazione scarna.

Lage ist sehr gut und das Frühstück war auch ausreichend.
Es war leider nicht so sauber und das Bettlaken und die Bettdecke haben nicht wirklich auf die Bettwäsche gepasst. Die Unterkunft ist außerdem sehr hellhörig und die Türen fallen so laut ins Schloss, dass man in der Nacht mehrmals aufwacht.

Nie bylo wyposażenia pokoju jak w opisie booking . Po zgłoszeniu przez 2 dni nie otrzymaliśmy żelazka . Śniadanie bardzo słabe . Nie było nic na ciepło typu jajka.
