Modern colourful comfortable and great location with amazing friendly staff. 2 pools onsite and a hot tub on our balcony couldnt ask for more Staff went above and beyond when I was unwell on the first night and we had a power cut in our room staff came to sort room and next day sent an electrician . Little touches such as popcorn in reception in the afternoon was great . And the girls loved the cold towels and refreshing drink when the arrived from the airport

Having to wait for a table for breakfast but if that’s the only dislike I can handle that . When we went it was busy !

Everything was perfect

The hotel wa s located in St. Julian’s, which is a very central and convenient location for exploring Malta. We also really appreciated the underground parking, as we always managed to find a parking space during our stay. This was a big plus/ . I’m just not sure how easy it would be to find a space during the high season when the hotel is busier. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and willing to help, which made the stay comfortable and easy.

We had an amazing stay and the staff truly made our experience unforgettable. We arrived before the official check-in time, and the lovely receptionist, Manjita, welcomed us with refreshing cold towels and a welcome drink. She was incredibly friendly, made us feel at home straight away, and kindly allowed us to use the spa facilities while our room was being prepared. The spa itself was excellent and a great way to start our stay. A special mention must go to Mohammed from the maintenance team. He was the standout member of staff for us. From the moment we met him, he was warm, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We built a great rapport with him, and his kindness and professionalism made a real difference to our holiday. I'd also like to thank Lisandra, who always greeted us with a smile and took great care of us throughout our stay. Her positive attitude and excellent service never went unnoticed. Finally, a big thank you to Sachin, who cleaned our room to an exceptionally high standard on our last day. The room was spotless, and we also had a lovely conversation with him. He was friendly, professional, and a real credit to the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and genuine hospitality.
