Spinola Stays St Julian's

Super basen, lokalizacja zdecydowanie na plus, blisko przystanki autobusowe i plaża. Obsługa rewelacja, pokój codziennie sprzątany. Cicho i spokojnie. Duży plus za ogólnodostępną pralkę i możliwość zostawienia bagaży przed rozpoczęciem się doby hotelowej. Bardzo nam się podobało :)

Drobiazgi: nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience, śniadania dość skromne i monotonne, ale dla nas nie był to duży problem.

La gentillesse du personnel, la piscine avec les tables à côté c’est très sympa de s’y poser le soir. C’est endroit tranquille ☺️.

Dans l’annonce on parle d’un toit terrasse avec jacuzzi on nous annonce le jour de notre arrivée qu’il est hors service alors qu’on constate en allant sur place que ça fair un moment qu’il n’est pas fonctionnel.

Breakfast was good on the first day. The only positive thing was that the hotel is located within walking distance of downtown St. Julian's.

For two days, we spent a lot of time trying to resolve an issue with a broken door lock in our room that wouldn’t lock. There’s practically no hotel staff—except at breakfast—and everything is handled through an online platform, where there was extensive and intense communication, but no effort to resolve the problem quickly. Our belongings weren’t safe. They were unwilling to switch us to another room, claiming the hotel was at full capacity, even though there were very few guests there. The problem wasn’t resolved until the following evening, when a repairman finally arrived. It was very inconvenient; we wasted two days dealing with unnecessary problems instead of exploring the city and the surrounding area. The breakfasts got worse and worse every day; the staff used the same gloves to serve food, collect dishes, wash them, and handle the trash can. The room was probably the smallest in the hotel, with a small window facing the courtyard. The kitchenette had only basic, low-quality equipment, including a leaky coffee
