Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour la première partie de notre lune de miel et l’expérience a été globalement exceptionnelle. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par une équipe attentionnée et professionnelle. Nous avons même eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés, ce qui a rendu ce moment encore plus magique.
Le service était irréprochable tout au long de notre séjour, avec un personnel toujours disponible et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, avec des produits de qualité, même si nous aurions apprécié un peu plus de variété d’un jour à l’autre.
Seuls petits points à améliorer : les bouteilles d’eau réutilisables mises à disposition auraient pu être disponibles en plus grande quantité, ce qui aurait été très pratique.

Nice rooms and lobby, brand new and tasteful. Company bed and shower. Great breakfast, but a bit too pricey.
TV was having issues which they knew about, but couldn’t fix. Hopefully they fix this soon, as not keen to stay in a room without a TV.

Our stay at the Voco was exceptional. The property is beautifully maintained, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and every member of the staff we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. It’s clear that great care goes into making guests feel welcome.
Breakfast was a particular highlight — a fantastic selection of fresh, high-quality options that made it hard to choose what to try first. The dining area was pleasant and well organized, and it was a great way to start each day.
If I had to point out the smallest area for improvement, it would be the coffee machine at breakfast.
Every few cups it seemed to take a little break of its own and stop working. To their credit, the staff was incredibly quick to fix it each time, so it was never a major issue — though it did add a couple of unexpected pauses to the morning coffee ritual.
Also, a lighthearted observation: some of the breakfast items were placed on shelves that seemed designed for professional basketball players. For the rest of us, it turned into a bit of an early-morning stretch exercise! :P
Overall, these were very minor quirks in what was otherwise a truly excellent stay.
I would happily return to and recommend to others.
