staff members are your true value, they are all friendly, trying to be helpful, and they are professional. Julia and Julia have done all they can to help out.
1. the hotel is located in an area that some outside events are not under the hotel's management, it was very noisy if any events are on, I stayed 4 nights in total and 2 nights sleep were destroyed; this won't be what you expected to stay in a hotel for a supposed- to- be lovely holiday; (for the first night, the hotel did try to put me into a side building for residential flat which is less noisy, bigger room but the building is still under internal refurbishment. The 2nd and 3rd nights were good. The 4th night unfortunately the event came back and someone was singing loudly until 11.30pm, I had to hide my head into pillows and tried to listen to some relaxation piano but the outside noise out beat my own relaxation music. The music stopped at 11.30pm and I eventually managed to get some sleep before my flight. This is absolutely a joke. However it is not their staff members' faulty. All staff members are very very helpful.
