Zimmer sehr groß und modern, sauber.
Badezimmer sehr luxuriös.
Frühstück war gut.
Schöne Aussicht ans Meer.
Prinzipiell gute Lage, nur ein paar Minuten und man ist Mitten im Leben von Malta.
Personal beim Frühstück teilweise unfreundlich, genervt.
Jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück und die Auswahl ist auch nicht allzu groß.

Breakfast was good, though the options were somewhat limited. It was served à la carte, with one meal per person, alongside a buffet of cold dishes; however, the buffet selection remained the same throughout the entire stay. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel is nice, although it feels a bit dark.
A special mention goes to a young girl at the reception who was very helpful—on our first night we were given a room on the 2nd floor, even though we had requested a higher floor when making the reservation. The next morning, due to noise, she kindly arranged for us to move to a higher floor, which we really appreciated.
Cleaning was unacceptable. There were hairs on the floor in our room, and worst of all, we found a cockroach. This is simply not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. When we reported it at reception and showed a photo, we were told there was nothing they could do. The explanation given was that due to road reconstruction outside, cockroaches were entering the hotel—but we were staying on the 8th floor, which makes this explanation hard to believe. The manager also mentioned they use different sprays, but clearly these measures are not effective. Additionally, the hotel’s very dark design feels like it may be used to mask the lack of cleanliness, as the rooms did not appear properly maintained.

Posizione in pieno centro di Paceville. La vista del mare dalle ampie finestre della mia camera. Il silenzio. La colazione era molto buona. Non molto variegata ma volendo oltre al buffet a richiesta potevano essere portate degli ulteriori piatti. La palestra non molto ma funzionale.
La iacuzzi era scomoda e la superficie graffiava un po la pelle in quanto era rivestita di piccole pietre. Inoltre l'acqua era tiepida e poco schiumosa e la musica non molto adeguata al contesto di relax

Conveniently located, the room was quite modern and was great at a 1st glance
We had an incident with a hair dryer that electrocuted my partner. And created some smoke (smell) due to the shorting of the wires.
Did not like the way it was handled by staff that day.
Outside of that it was a decent stay.
