I’ve often heard people say that this area is not very good, but honestly, my experience here was completely different. It was exceptional, comfortable, and truly memorable. The host is an absolute professional and genuinely understands the true meaning of hospitality. This was my first visit to Malaysia, and I can honestly say that this accommodation made my trip so much more enjoyable and special. The service, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care were all outstanding. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful experience and for setting such a high standard of hospitality. To be honest, I regretted leaving this place and staying at other accommodations during my trip. Some of the services elsewhere were extremely disappointing, and that’s when I truly realized how professional and exceptional the service here really is. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, genuine hospitality, and a truly special experience. Thank you for making my first visit to Malaysia even more beautiful!

There is absolutely nothing bad to say. Everything was excellent.

Easy instructions upon booking confirmation to pick up keys to apartment. There is also a 24/7 check-in concierge up front in the lobby. Very smooth process. The apartment itself was VERY WELL equipped, I had a friend over for a chit chat and we loved the views from the high floor. I would only stay a few nights because the loft's staircase to the bed is quite steep and there could be some close calls I reckon. Not the best for your knees either. I did check out the pool which is generous in size, has enough room to lounge and chill, and totally under-utilised. All in all, perfect!
