Great location, nice pool area, amazing view! Good value for money if you get a last minute deal, otherwise it isn't worth it. Note that they take a 200RM deposit and they say it takes up to two weeks to process the return 🤨
The staff at check in were very rude, the bed was a pull out couch, and there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom/shower drain. The elevators take a super long time and get quite congested. Directions tell you to take your trash out to the trash room before checking out...I couldn't find the trash room

Room was spacious with good bathroom. Supermarket about 100 meters away. Good choice of restaurants with nice food. Very easy to get to from IST airport on H6 bus.
Staff were no clear about options for breakfast. I understood it was all or nothing and opted not to pay for it as it was too much for me and included meat. Then I decided to go to another place that I could order from a menu and looked very nice. As I was checking out, I saw a menu on counter with individual options which I would have been happy with, but already decided to go to this other place that was also a plant nursery.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooftop pool is lovely, great views.
However, the staff were so rude, especially the ones on the front desk. After we checked out, we were no longer allowed to access the building apart from sit in the lobby. Also you have to pay to store your luggage. The elevators can sometimes take up to 10 minutes to arrive, which gets very annoying.
