Staff at the reception desks were on their cell phones a lot. Our booking was for 4 people but we only received 1 key to the room which was a real problem as we all had to let each other in and out

Excellent stay! The location is perfect — just a short walk from KL Sentral. The Wi-Fi was stable, and I especially appreciated the calisthenics area, which is a rare find. The staff were friendly. There is also a luggage storage locker outside the main entrance.
As mentioned before, the lift queues can get congested, especially on weekends or during peak hours (at least the stairs are a fully operational option). Having a microwave in the room would also be neat. Additionally, it would be nice if the parcel storage was located in the lobby area under CCTV surveillance, so guests could freely pick up their orders without needing to ask security to unlock the door and register each item in the logbook.
Overall, good value, especially if you're aware of the lift wait times in advance.
