Location is excellent - near KL Sentral and NU Sentral. Price is very good but there are additional fees which are added whilst booking online. Fantastic pool and a small gym. We have stayed in several units in this development with different providers - this was one of our best stays (corner room) and we extended our stay. Helpful staff in extending our stay in the same unit.
An RM 200 deposit was required at check in but this was fully refunded on check out (they accepted cash). The lifts can take quite some time but this is the same issue throughout the building.

Hatte alles was man braucht. Super Pool!
Handtücher sollte man selbst waschen, Deposit, Check in Check out über WhatsApp statt einem Counter (sind aber sehr schnell im antworten), Lift war kaputt, Sewige Wartezeiten (passiert). Roch nach Curry im Flur/Zimmer
