Location is excellent - near KL Sentral and NU Sentral.
Price is very good but there are additional fees which are added whilst booking online.
Fantastic pool and a small gym.
We have stayed in several units in this development with different providers - this was one of our best stays (corner room) and we extended our stay.
Helpful staff in extending our stay in the same unit.
An RM 200 deposit was required at check in but this was fully refunded on check out (they accepted cash).
The lifts can take quite some time but this is the same issue throughout the building.

Clean room. Good location. Tun Sambathan monorail station just within walking distance. Nice view of Merdeka menara, KL tower and twin tower. High floor at 48th floor with relaxing and good view at night. Swimming pool with jacuzzi at rooftop is nice and maintained. Gym room and open space for working available as well. Room is clean with water filter and projector is functioning well. Shampoos, body wash and towels provided and is clean.
Clean bedsheet and floor. Air conditioning and shower water flow and water heater functioning well.
Parking need extra charges for RM 10. Need deposits RM200.
Staff responding to message but it will take some time to get reply. Check in process need to wait at the lobby for last minutes instructions.
Washroom door stucked and difficult to open.
The mattress is not so comfortable.
Still hearing noisy traffic sounds from highway at night during sleeping.
