Great location! The apartment is conveniently located near the monorail as well as LRT/MRT stations, making it very easy to travel around the city. There are also shopping malls and food courts nearby, which is very convenient. One of the best things about this place is the beautiful view of Kuala Lumpur city from the top of the apartment. The facilities are also good, including a swimming pool, exercise room (gym), meeting room, and a workspace area. Overall, it is a comfortable place to stay, especially because of its excellent location and useful facilities.

I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment(Home Brickz). Housekeeping service is extremely poor. No one comes to clean the room unless you stay for more than a week. At the very least, basic cleaning should be provided once a week. The staff are also very difficult to contact if you need any extra service or assistance. Communication from the management is very poor. Another issue is that they require a security deposit before providing the room, even if you have already paid the room rent. They also do not accept cash payments and only allow online payment. I vacated the room on 22 February, but the owner has still not refunded my security deposit as of today. Overall, my experience was overall. This apartment might only be suitable for very short stays, but based on my experience, I would recommend for short stay.(Home Brickz but nope other one). I suggest that the HomeBrickz owner/company keep one or two staff members on standby to support the guests will be great.
