Riveria City near KL Sentral with 118 view Sky Infinity Pool by COBNB

Small but very comfortable room, more like a studio than a hotel room. Everything worked, including wifi. The best part is the spectacular view from the room and especially the 54th floor pool.

There are far too few lifts for such a huge building. The wait seems interminable at times, especially at check-out time. Collecting keys from COBNB is inconvenient as they don't have a rep at the reception desk. Making contact involves a WhatsApp call and a wait till the man with the key shows up.

The room was very clean and convenient. The pool was very good too! It is situated in the perfect location close to shops and restaurants. It’s also very close to a skyline and the KL Sentral which has links to all parts of the city.

The room is fairly small with very basic facilities. Absolutely fine for a few nights but as a couple, we found it small for any longer. The elevators can take up to 15mins during peak times which isn’t ideal if you are heading out. Also we struggled with check in. In other hotels similar, we just collected the key from the mailbox however for this one, we had to wait a moment unsure on how to get in.

We were lucky enough to have a corner room, so had windows on 2 sides making the cosy space feel less cramped. The in-building laundry facilities were good and the easy walk to Brickfields gives various food options.

Dispite notifying of our arrival time in advance and being in touch with the checkin staff from the moment we arrived, we were kept waiting for 40 minutes to be handed our key. Something to note is that outside of the reception area and your room, there is no A/C so waiting for and taking lifts is a very sweaty experience!

the location was a most convinient factor walking distance to market, food , spa and shopping malls, building had parking facility available thats a plus.

There was no cleaning service included , it was a 5 night stay and we had to manage it ourselves as the service was charged extra and it was not cheap, there were no extra towels available to manage wet floors after shower, the lift situation in the building was worst , even though we got parking available but the level assigned to us was 7 , and getting lift from there after parking was easy 20-30 task , such a huge building with only 2 lifts workinga t most times was difficult to manage. lastly there is a construction going on in next tower so it noise as well.
