Riveria City near KL Sentral with 118 view Sky Infinity Pool by COBNB

Price, cleanness of the property

The area, construction, split system instead of central AC, mattress and blanket were not comfortable to me.

Central location was great, close to KL Sentral station and many options for food nearby. The room was suitable for rest at the end of the day, with decent space and space to store our bags.

The instructions for key collection and drop off could have been clearer, we had to wait outside in the heat for 15 minutes for someone to drop the key off after messaging them on arrival. Instructions said to call them, which they had disabled on WhatsApp... The pool was closed with short notice after we booked which was very disappointing given it was one of the reasons we booked this accommodation.

Great find if you need something close to Kl Sentral . Apartment is well furnished and equipped and both check in and check out went smooth

Elevator wait time can be quite long depending on the time you need to use them, other than that nothing to report.

the location was a most convinient factor walking distance to market, food , spa and shopping malls, building had parking facility available thats a plus.

There was no cleaning service included , it was a 5 night stay and we had to manage it ourselves as the service was charged extra and it was not cheap, there were no extra towels available to manage wet floors after shower, the lift situation in the building was worst , even though we got parking available but the level assigned to us was 7 , and getting lift from there after parking was easy 20-30 task , such a huge building with only 2 lifts workinga t most times was difficult to manage. lastly there is a construction going on in next tower so it noise as well.
