The inflexible checkout time due to the poor management makes me upset. I have informed earlier that I need more time to checkout due to my evening flight and no luggage storage service from their end. However, even after few times of communication, Plush insists on not giving the extension of checkout time. The reason that Plush gave is they have maintenance appointments which can be arranged easily since I told them on my arrival day. I can see the difference between worker who put effort to solve problem vs just makan gaji worker. One just do as rigid as the rules to avoid trouble from their end, one tries all they can to solve and reach agreements on both ends. Due to the inflexible and charged luggage storage, I have to checkout earlier and travel to airport directly, compromising the cost of flights and costs of inconvenience plush gave, I couldn't get what I paid for this trip. Even for breakfast, I was rushing to finish off and rushed to do packing. I'm truly upset on their arrangement. Talking about the price of stay per night with the bare minimum condition, I don't think it's worth it. If you want to sleep only, ok. If you want to have convenience, Plush isn't the one you should go for. I would expect the free luggage storage with the paid price, but no. Everything in the unit is pretty basic. Shampoo is cheap product with no brand. There's a TV that connects to YouTube but no Netflix connection. There's oven but no microwave which causes my reheat bun turns hard. There's kettle for water boiling but no jug to fill your cooling down water, so that you can boil another one before you get thirsty and no cool water to drink again. (yes, no drinking water provided) Talking about guests stay experience, Plush is not thorough, considerate and detail enough. The door has no latch cause noises when there's strong wind outside (high pressure at corridor) pushes the door inwards, it creates the sound constantly at night.
