Location and view , interior , hosts responses , cleaning , washing machine , Aircon and water heater are excellent
Small thinks like kitchenware are bare minimum
Very low quality , iron, clothes hangers- cheap, low quality, toilet seat loose . These items don’t cost much but preset a bad image as does not reflect the Appartment value . Shame !not so good for long stay if you intend to cook ( even lightly ) and do some house chores

convenient location , property facilities, gym etc was good
Maybe provide basic materials for cleaning in the apartment brooms, dustpan, especially required for long term stay . Preferred a electric kettle rather than the hot water dispenser.
