The room was exceptionally clean, spacious and very comfortable. It is located within walking distance to the port and surrounded by many bars and restaurants. Lorenzo was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Naples. The location is excellent, just steps away from Metro Line 1, making it very convenient to explore the city.
What truly stood out was the exceptional staff. Communication before and during our stay was prompt and professional. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and eager to help. They provided excellent local recommendations, welcomed us with complimentary drinks, and even assisted with arranging taxis whenever needed.
The room was completely renovated and felt brand new. It was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We were traveling as a group of three, and the room was spacious, with an comfortable large bathroom section. The cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the room were impressive.
Overall, this hotel offers an outstanding combination of convenience, comfort, and warm hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.
Getting in and out of the building during off hour is a bit tricky.

Super clean and new! Check-in was super easy and detailed (we arrived late). Really lovely hotel
Some new pillows would be nice as they’re quite flat (although this seems like an Italian thing!)
