La localisation est un vrai gros point fort du logement : très bien située, elle permet de profiter facilement de Naples à pied. La chambre dispose également d’équipements appréciables, notamment la climatisation et une petite cafetière, ce qui est très pratique.
En revanche, la douche est assez décevante : le jet est beaucoup trop puissant et plusieurs des petits jets de la douche ne fonctionnaient pas. Mais le gros, gros point négatif reste le voisinage et l’isolation phonique. On entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans le hall, qui est très passant. Nous avons malheureusement eu des voyageurs particulièrement peu respectueux des espaces communs, avec du bruit et de la musique jusque vers 2h30 du matin, et même de la musique à fond dès 8h du matin. Cela a vraiment impacté la qualité de notre séjour et nos nuits.
