The room is really lovely and Francesca and her mother really happy to assist us and answer any questions. The blackout blinds and aircon worked really well and being able to dry things on the balcony or get fresh air (although was hot during our stay) and added benefit.
The room is well appointed and whilst not tiny we had 2 big suitcases so storage at times felt limited but that is just because we are a family of 3 travelling for 4 weeks. (Perhaps somewhere to put folded clothes that can’t be hung).

La impecabilidad de TODO, desde la atención, hasta la puntualidad en la entrega de toda la información para acceder a la habitación y al edificio. El lugar esta decorado con un gusto exquisito y el perfume de las instalaciones me cautivó. Las cortesías de excelente calidad. Por ser pretenciosa puedo decir que podrían incorporar acondicionador en la ducha. Fue una experiencia glamorosa con la mejor ubicación en el casco histórico de Napoli.

Overall really nice modern rooms in a central location in Naples. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. They have a small elevator that fits two people with bags that is available to go up to the fourth floor where the entrance of the hotel is located. The bed was one of the comfiest we had on our trip to Italy.
This was accurately portrayed in the photos but I don’t realize there was no lobby, terrace or other space to sit so when I wanted to take a phone call and not disturb my friend who was trying to sleep, I had nowhere but the hall/staircase to sit. Not necessarily a negative but just something to be aware of.
