The location was in the historical district and whilst very busy outside, the room was relatively quiet with the double glazed windows. The facilities were comfortable and clean.
The AirCon in the room was out of order on arrival ie. it kept shutting itself off. Of the 4 nights we were there, it took 2 nights before it was rectified. The cause being blocked filters. There were no tea bags and/or milk. I understand it is not a requirement, but if coffee is supplied it would be good to have tea as an option.

The location was excellent. It is in the heart of the historic district with easy walking access to many sites.
Bathroom had no door and because the room was small it felt very exposed. A curtain or slider door would have been nice. Also if you can’t handle steps know that there are 50 marble steps to reach the rooms.

Location, booked by chance but happened to be on a really vibrant strip which was great, 12 mins from l’antica di Michelle (win), they were really easy going in terms of check in left us a key, room was very nice. Netflix on the TV which again is always a plus. Really cool boutique hotel - great decor lovely little balcony.
Nothing, but there’s a lot of stairs so it you aren’t great with stairs opt for a lower floor room.

Great location. Right in the middle of everything.
The bed was terrible. It felt like sleeping directly on the mattress springs. The bathroom didn't have a door so there was zero privacy. The AC unit was missing the remote so we couldn't change the temperature.
