Location is amazing and very good communication. You get coffee and snack in a caffe nearby. Also recommend to have internet to find a place.
Because you are in heart of Naples, dont expect a silent rest at night. Recommend airplugs

Location is great and very convenient for first time traveler in the city. Breakfast place is good.

Location is great. Right in the middle of the city. The room was clean.
No warm water on the first day. It’s noisy. The included breakfast is just a croissant and a coffee. Nice for one day, but not if you are staying longer.
