Right in the middle of the historic quarter. All the chaotic vibrancy right on the doorstep but because the flat is on 7th floor, it’s also extremely quiet inside the flat and easy to rest. Despite the rough exterior of the communal stair case, the flat is modern, spotlessly clean, great shower, comfy bed and modern kitchen. All good. Would stay again.

All good. There are a couple of other private rooms that share the kitchen, but my fellow travellers were considerate so all was good.

I like that the facilities were modern and clean, and it was centrally located making it very convenient to get to all the places are on the sea around Naples

Two things I did not like about it was it was difficult to find the place originally in the second was it was on the seventh floor, with an elevator that was size of a coffin.

The property was conveniently located and very clean. The host was also incredibly kind and welcoming.

I specifically chose this place because 'heating' was listed, as cold nights were forecasted during our stay. Unfortunately, the heating did not work at all, leaving us freezing during the night and morning. When I asked the host to resolve the issue, I was told a technician had visited and everything was functional. This was simply not true. To clarify, we are well-versed in operating AC heating modes. The unit was definitely faulty.

There are only two things that I liked: view and location

This property was not what we expected when we booked. 1st lift is extremely claustrophobic and scary to take, but as property is on the 7th floor, we did had to as we had people with mobility issues. Rooms were not clean, found someone else used towel in wardrobe, shower hard to get in and was mouldy, shower gel dispenser empty, sink looked like counted felt from its original level, hairdryer did not work. We did not know that kitchen is shared with other people and that we are rending only bedrooms. Kitchen is not equipped at all: not kettle (had to heat water in microwave to make a tea), no plates. Rooms have no sitting area, no table and we had two rooms. In each area there were so many mirrors, we counted in each room three and mirror wall in the showers… No way would stay here or recommend it to anyone. We were very happy that we stayed only one day and I am not sure how this property gets this marks, but pictures do now show reality!
