Amazing stay in the heart of Naples! The suite was beautiful spacious and spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better right in the center with restaurants cafes shops and the main attractions all within easy reach. What really made our stay special was the host. She was incredibly welcoming friendly and professional. She contacted us before arrival and sent clear instructions with photos which made everything very easy. From the moment we arrived she made us feel at home and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. She was always available throughout our stay and happy to help with anything we needed. After staying here I honestly wouldn’t look anywhere else in Naples. This will definitely be my first choice whenever I come back and the place I would recommend to friends and family. 10/10!

The only downside was that one night went by far too quickly. We would have loved more time to enjoy the place and Naples❤️

Wonderful staff who looked after us very well!

The room itself looks well done when compared to the building and the surrounding. The staff were friendly and kind. That’s about it !

I booked a junior suite with a lovely bath tub and shower etc .. but I could hardly use the bathroom as the curtains had come off ( I am not so liberal to shower in public and we ok with others having a view of me when I am showering .. so I could not take a shower in this hotel .. very unfortunate). Second in the room, the coffee maker was not working, don’t think the staff had checked to make sure it was fine. There is no other service or facility - it’s super basic for the price one pays.
