Lovely property as long as no issues
Beautiful property, in a lovely location.
We were not able to use the television for the majority of our stay as there was no remote control. We were disappointed this problem wasn’t fixed promptly for such a premium priced property. Also the host came into the property a day early saying it was time to check out!

Lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful property. We would have liked to have stayed for longer
This is a really lovely property in a great location. Everything was done so nicely. The beds were really comfortable and all the furniture and kitchen equipment were to a high standard. Lovely deep carpets and brilliant to have the two baths. It’s in a great spot in the city centre. So close to all the shops, pubs and restaurants. However, the street it is in doesn’t get too noisy. Really close to the train station and bus stops if you don’t drive or fancy a day trip.
There’s nothing really to dislike. The only thing is parking which can be difficult in Whitby. However, this end of the town is probably easier to find on-street parking than in other areas of Whitby. You are also quite close to the paid car parks at the tourist information. We always managed to find an on-street parking spot albeit we had to park some-way from the house.

Perfect Stay in Whitby.
Dalton house has to be one of the best property’s I’ve stayed in. It was exceptionally clean and I love how the house is old with a modern twist. It had everything you needed along with complimentary biscuits and milk in the fridge. There were games for us to play in the living room also had children’s games to suit all ages. There was nothing that hadn’t been thought of for a perfect stay. It’s very central which was perfect for us and easy to find. We will most definitely be back in the future.

Amazing cottage in a fantastic location
Wonderful holiday home. Luxury, stylish and comfortable. Fantastic location in the heart of Whitby but still quiet. Had everything we needed and more. Great communication from the hosts. Very clean. Lots of room for the 6 of us.
The only thing to improve further would be some seating at the front as it catches the afternoon sun.
