The location
The quality of the outdoor area. There was a hot tub, which was a great addition, but the courtyard had not been swept, and there were cigarette butts on the paved area. There was no privacy from people on the street. The outdoor seating area was poor for a property of this size, and it only accommodated 4 adults. It let the property down as inside was perfect for our requirements.

Immaculate, well equipped, beautifully furnished, friendly/helpful owner, great position in town, hot tub a bonus, just amazing
The only improvement would be better seating or loungers outside. We had to sit on the floor.
And the parking was a nightmare, but that’s not their fault

The house was exceptional, immaculate & comfortable. I actually cannot fault a thing, the location is perfect with beautiful views. Wish we had booked to stay for longer.
