Stayed one night with my family. Location right at Chew jetty area, so for foods and sightseeing at chew jetty so convenient and to walk town also all nearby. Parking space limited with first come first serve basis, advice to better park and walk around.
Room was clean and spacious, very comfortable. Check in n check process was smooth and Jeff was very helpful for any enquiries.

Lovely place, strategic location especially to those who wants to experience ferry to mainland 😭, IT IS JUST A THREE MINUTES WALK!! Other than that, the room is clean and spacious, walking distance to tourism attractions like chew jetty, penang street art and a lots of food and drinks cafe, easy in food hunting in both morning and night time. Only the switch for bathroom light wasn’t functioning well so we couldn’t close the lights while sleeping at night, however it’s not a biggie to us. Overall to say it is really price worthy and we love it, will stay with them when we come back next time!

1 day trip to Taiping and Alor Setar each, hence this hotel location is perfect. However, ensure to request for room not facing directly the road as it was very noisy. I could not sleep at all on the first night and requested to change room.
everything is self-service ( self-check-in, self check-out), whatsapp with owner for pw access. Hence, it may be not suitable with overseas elders who are less IT-savvy, having to key-in contact with +country code in order to communicate.
