    The room is clean and very well maintain. The hotel is near to “The Little Indian” within a 3 minutes walk. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the hotel from the ferry point/ Jeti bus terminal. Also, close to free Penang Georgetown bus services. Overall, is 👍👍👍

    The room was very clean and the bed linen was really comfortable. Everything was neat and well maintained. The restaurant staff were also very attentive and provided good service. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay!

    Never experienced such poor treat a hotel. When asked about early check in, the receptionist spoke to us in a very condescending manner, implying we were unfamiliar with hotel procedures,b started firmly that early check in is Never possible anywhere n check in is strictly at 3PM Additionally, they refused to proceed with check in n insisted on collecting excessive personal information. There was also no assistance offered with our luggage--we were left to manage everything odour own. A very Disappointing experience.
