    ❎This was a very disappointing stay. Around midnight, a large group of people gathered outside the hotel with speakers, playing loud music, dancing, and drinking. The noise continued late into the night, making it very difficult to sleep. ❎We reported the issue to the reception, but unfortunately, no action was taken to resolve the situation. The lack of response from the hotel made the experience even more frustrating.
