    Got my room at level 6… Not safe for families toddlers. The windows are very large and not safety at all…and the floor near the windows slopes downward, which was extremely frightening and made me feel very unsafe with my toddler.coz my kid always want to play at that area The mattress and pillows were dusty, the floor was also dusty, and there was black mould on the toilet floor. The actual condition of the hotel was completely different from what was shown and described in the reviews. I was extremely disappointed. The parking space is also very limited, which made finding a parking spot very troublesome and inconvenient. Overall, I definitely do not recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children.

    I've arrived past midnight and the staff was available for check-in. First impression, the lobby is quite vibrant and clean. The room that I booked was super clean and smelled nice despite the old building. Water dispenser is available conveniently outside of my room and it's available in each floor. The room does include toothpaste and toothbrush kit, shower gel and shampoo but there's no shower hat. Washing machine and dryer available at the lobby area with RM10 each and can be paid via QR. The hotel is also surrounded with plenty of choices for eateries. Great location!

    Cleanliness was just okay. Did not clean bathrooms nor under the bed or behind sidetables. Staff very nice and friendly Location terrible
