    Bread and coffee are prepared in morning at pantry. There is no tv and no fridge in room. Safety box, kettle are available. Ironing clothes at common area. No extra safety locks at door room. Hard to find a car park on the street and the hotel does not have it's own car park. Need to wait until night around 10pm only can find a car park. Anyhow the room is spacious. Room 12 air cond need to set at 16 degree with full fan then only can feel cool after 39 minutes, maybe they did not service the air cond. Overall is acceptable. But for me tv and fridge are really needed because I won't go anywhere, just want to relax in the room and I need to keep my medicine, fruit and drink in the fridge.

    A lovely hotel. Great location, spacious rooms. Free toast in the mornings is appreciated. The window was small but at least it kept most of the noise away. Compared to similarly-priced hotels elsewhere in Malaysia, this is a great deal.

    The location is great and the room is clean, which are definite positives. However, there is no elevator and there are many stairs to climb. Additionally, there is a lack of clear photos showing the bathroom setup, it is not obvious from the listing that the shower and toilet are in the same space. The hotel also does not provide slippers. We also needed to use an iron, but it ended up staining our clothes, and unfortunately the staff was not very helpful in resolving the issue. On the positive side, the late check-in process was very smooth, they leave the key along with clear instructions, which made arrival easy and stress-free.
