I was quite disappointed with my stay.
The cleanliness was below expectations. There was mold on the bathroom walls, the sink had an obvious orange repair patch, and the toilet overall looked dirty. There was also hair on the floor when I checked in, which was very unpleasant. The pillowcases were stained, and although four pillows were provided, only two were usable because the other two were extremely flat and uncomfortable. I didn't even use the bathtub because it didn't look clean enough to use.
The receptionist wasn't particularly friendly, and the overall check-in experience could have been more welcoming.
To make things worse, my room was on the 3rd floor, but the lift was under maintenance. Carrying luggage up three flights of stairs was exhausting. Understand that maintenance is required. However, it would have been helpful if guests had been informed in advance or offered some assistance.
That said, I believe this hotel has good potential. The location and facilities could make it a pleasant place to stay, but there is definitely room for improvement. Paying more attention to cleanliness, replacing worn-out pillows, maintaining the facilities properly, and providing warmer customer service would make a significant difference. I hope the management takes guest feedback seriously, as with these improvements, the hotel could offer a much better experience in the future.
