    The hotel is quite well maintained but getting to the location by is a pain in the neck. Waze and GPS are unable to detect the name - Upper Hotel Suites, and don't even bother asking people around because it's a complete waste of time. In fact it's located from 22nd floor onwards in Sho Hotel. After somehow finding your way, a spite relief is the speedy registration. Once inside the room, don't expect the regular complentary tea, coffee, etc. And If you are not a fan of hard and high pillows, I would advise to bring your own to save you from the real neck pain. The hotel location itself is not strategic; quite isolated from Gelugor town. In fact we used Grab (ehailing app) for travelling around the island after parking our car in the basement. In terms of value for money, there are a number options available nearer to the city centre.
