i booked a good deal/discounted room for 2 person, when i'd arrived i upgrade the room for 3 persons and it apply 30RM extra charge per nights. We stayed for 4 nights, there's no service for cleaning the room or change the towel, and there'a no elevator but the staircase not that long.
overall, it's affordable, comfy, clean, the property looks new compare to the neighbour (lemon inn) and the staff was really helpful and responsive.
the important thing, it's relly close to our destination LWE hospital, only 3mins walk by foot.
there's a mini store, pharmacy and food stall.

Don't expect a full on hotel kind of rooming experience. If you have stayed in a backpackers hostel then you would know what I mean.
The price you pay is the reasonable for the type of room you get. Its a no frills basic bed with a small table and hanger for your clothes.
If you don't intend to stay the whole time in your room but out exploring and just coming back to crash. Then yes, this is the place for you.
That said, the room and facilities are clean even thought the bathroom/toilet is a shared basis. Unless you pay extra for the ensuite bedroom.
So if you want to experience a hostel setting without the crowd of an actual hostel or the cramp spaces of an actual hostel room, this is the place for you.
