    Our stay was severely disrupted by excessive noise from the occupants of Room 512 on two consecutive nights. The situation was unacceptable and ultimately forced us to check out early and leave the hotel at approximately 5:00 AM. *1. First Night – Excessive Noise Until 2:00 AM* On the first night, the occupants of Room 512 made excessive noise until approximately 2:00 AM, preventing us from getting adequate sleep. *2. Second Night – Continuous Phone Alarm and Vibrations from 3:00 AM* On the second night, starting at approximately 3:00 AM, a mobile phone alarm and vibrations from Room 512 repeatedly disturbed us. The noise would stop for around five minutes before starting again. This continued for more than an hour, leaving us unable to get proper rest. As the disturbance persisted, I went to the reception to lodge a complaint. Together with the reception staff and security personnel, I went to Room 512 and knocked on the door, but no one answered. Although the reception staff offered to arrange a room change, this was not a practical solution under the circumstances. We were scheduled to wake up at 7:00 AM and travel back to Johor Bahru. After enduring two nights of serious sleep disruption, we decided to check out early and drive home at approximately 5:00 AM instead. *3. Failure to Provide a Reasonable Guest Experience* We understand that the hotel was accommodating two busloads of students on a group trip. However, this does not justify allowing excessive noise to disturb other paying guests during sleeping hours. The poor soundproofing and the apparent lack of effective noise control significantly affected our stay. Regardless of the number of group guests accommodated, the hotel has a responsibility to take reasonable steps to ensure that all guests can rest comfortably.
