    Very good hotel, great location and very friendly staff. You immediately feel at home once you arrive. The security gentleman, Muthu (if not mistaken) was very helpful and nice. This is why I keep coming back every time I am in Penang.

    Last time i was happy stay here, because the place lots of interesting restaurant n cafe.. now a lot change.. the room also not so comfortable
