    The hotel was in a very central location, nearby a lot of good eats (which is the point of the trip!), it was clean and recently refurbed. Staff were really pleasant and made the trip that little bit better - the guy at the desk passed my daughter some helium balloons from a recent party they had there and it made her entire 2 nights there so magical!

    1. The hotel room was completely different from the photos shown during booking. The facilities and equipment are outdated and really should be improved by 2026 standards. 2. The cleanliness was very poor. There were hairs left on the bed, and even used tissues from the previous guest had not been removed. 3. The shower frequently lost water supply, and the towels had an unpleasant smell. 4. The soundproofing was extremely poor, making it difficult to rest properly. 5. Breakfast was included when I made the reservation, and I was even charged an additional breakfast fee. However, there was no breakfast provided, and the restaurant only opens at 10:00 AM, which is unacceptable for a hotel breakfast service. 6. I honestly don't understand why Agoda would recommend such a disappointing hotel.
