    My husband and I had a pleasant stay here. The building isn’t brand new, but it seems to have been refurbished, so the hotel still feels quite new and comfortable. The room and bathroom are both spacious, and the king-size bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was okay and housekeeping was pretty standard. Two bottles of mineral water are provided with daily housekeeping, while extra bottles are chargeable. The location is probably the biggest plus — very close to Chew Jetty, with cafés and other tourist spots within walking distance. Free parking is available too, although you’ll need to validate your parking details. The lobby was quiet and not crowded, and there’s always someone at the entrance opening the door for guests. I found him particularly polite and courteous. I had requested some honeymoon decorations but unfortunately they weren’t arranged. Not a big issue, but would have been a nice touch. There’s not much of a view from our room as it faced the car park, but the lift was quick and there weren’t too many floors, so that was fine. Overall, nothing overly fancy, but everything was comfortable and reasonably priced. Good for travellers who mainly use the hotel as a base for going out, attending events, eating and sightseeing rather than spending the whole day at the hotel.

    Everything was good. Just the pillow got smell, need to improve for the bedsheets cleanliness. Also when want to go out need to go counter to inform your car plate first before exit. This not very convenient. Others all good.

    Never experienced such poor treat a hotel. When asked about early check in, the receptionist spoke to us in a very condescending manner, implying we were unfamiliar with hotel procedures,b started firmly that early check in is Never possible anywhere n check in is strictly at 3PM Additionally, they refused to proceed with check in n insisted on collecting excessive personal information. There was also no assistance offered with our luggage--we were left to manage everything odour own. A very Disappointing experience.
