Very attentive staff and communication. Surprise pastry delivery. Location was excellent.
Late night karaoke across the street ( holiday weekend). Bathtub drain was a little slow and hot water could be hotter . Minor quibbles .

Fantastic location, great staff who even gave us some free local pastries. The facilities are very nice and the aircon works wonders.
The only minus point was that the bed was no longer in a good state. It was fine enough but definitely needs replacing. We were so busy in the city that we forgot to ask the staff so that’s on us ofcourse.

Location is great. Not much ‘call to prayer’ noise. Very quiet after midnight.
Constant karaoke singing nearby which goes until almost midnight. No chair or wardrobe or mirror or bedside light in room # 4. Very sparse. Windows don’t lock. Mattress is mediocre. Clearly the owners don’t want to spend any money to upgrade facilities. I’ve stayed in much better places in Georgetown for the same price or actually slightly cheaper.
