    I’m staying on 7-9 Aug at room 103, the Aircond got problem which is it will turn off itself (remote no timer setting) and they can’t solve it. I only slept for 4 hours for the first night as it’s hot until i wake up and I have to turn on the Aircond manually. they also didn’t arrange for the room for me. I’m will raise this issue to Consumers' Association of Penang (CAP) to get a right compensate.

    A Pleasent stay in hotel the staff is very good and cooperate there is some room to improve sound proofing in room because hotel is on road so in night the sleep it make difficult also some wall is made of wood so privacy issue is also there.
