Comfortable and clean.
Very strategic location.
Affordable price.
Only regarding the toilet/bathroom. It is shared bathroom. But really not a big issue for me.

Booking.com displayed a room with a private balcony, but the host insisted it was a room without... Booking.com do not have easy communication to be able to contact them b fore checking-in and therefore, as they know, travellers have no choice but to accept the room or look for another room whilst exhausted and in the heat having travelled to the room, especially with a late night check-in.
No communal relaxing area, otherhan the entrance at wih people coming-out
