The hosts were incredibly kind and even threw in a complimentary breakfast, with the strawberries grown on location - literally in their garden. The view over the city and the sea was incredible, the bath was big enough to swim in it and you access your room via a single-person lift (OBS! requires bending your head if you're taller than ~1.65 m, but it's still futuristic and cool AF).
If I really need to find a flaw, we found that it required a vehicle to get from the place to the city centre (we were with a car).
If you enjoy walks up and down the hills of Swansea, then no flaw at all!

Had such a lovely one night stay at this location with a colleague. It looked inauspicious from the outside but once through the garden gate we were treated to a beautiful garden, with a mural on the wall and then I had a delightful, clean room with a fabulous view out over Swansea Bay. The hosts were wonderful people who were interested and attentive - my colleague and I both agreed we'd love to come again. We were recommended places to eat in Swansea and even provided with a complementary breakfast. Fantastic!
I will definitely come back here if I return to Swansea so I have no complaints. Visitors should understand that the property has two lockable bedrooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Access to upstairs is via a one person lift so this is quite unusual. We easily walked into the main town in about 10-15 mins and back but it is (like everywhere in Swansea) quite hilly - the benefit ofcourse is the view at the top!
