Very clean and cosy apartment, and the location was perfect as we could walk to Swansea, the city centre, and the Arena. The presence of a downstairs toilet was a bonus.

Close to the beach, close to plenty of shops and food places, everything is pretty much walking distance. Bed was comfortable, tv had netflix, wifi was great and the privacy is good with good parking spaces.Toilets were clean as well.
Shower was mouldy, and the drain was clogged creating a dirty water pool. The towels on the bed smelt damp but luckily we brought our own just in case. Blinds are broken and needs fixing for more privacy definitely needs maintenance on the house but overall, a comfortable stay!

The location is good - you can walk to town easily. The parking was plentiful and getting in was easy. The sofa and bed are comfortable.
We were booked into the wrong accommodation at the beginning and the customer service wasn't particularly pleasant or helpful in resolving the situation.
The accommodation we were then in had a musty under smell and I counted no less than 7 cheap air fresheners around the house which made me feel like something was being covered up.
And I absolutely think that marketing these as 'luxury' is hugely misleading. The price for what they were was absolutely fine, but absolutely not luxury. From no curtains in the bedroom, to the smell downstairs, to the duvet that was too small for the bed, the fridge that smelled, the aged kitchen appliances and there being no glasses in the kitchen, this cannot be called luxury! In a pinch I'd say it's fine, but I wouldn't recommend if there were other choices.
