Perfect stay

Very clean and cosy apartment, and the location was perfect as we could walk to Swansea, the city centre, and the Arena. The presence of a downstairs toilet was a bonus.

Overall a comfortable stay! Its definitely good but needs work! Good price though for the space!

Close to the beach, close to plenty of shops and food places, everything is pretty much walking distance. Bed was comfortable, tv had netflix, wifi was great and the privacy is good with good parking spaces.Toilets were clean as well.

Shower was mouldy, and the drain was clogged creating a dirty water pool. The towels on the bed smelt damp but luckily we brought our own just in case. Blinds are broken and needs fixing for more privacy definitely needs maintenance on the house but overall, a comfortable stay!

Plain and comfortable, certainly not luxury!!

The location is good - you can walk to town easily. The parking was plentiful and getting in was easy. The sofa and bed are comfortable.

We were booked into the wrong accommodation at the beginning and the customer service wasn't particularly pleasant or helpful in resolving the situation. The accommodation we were then in had a musty under smell and I counted no less than 7 cheap air fresheners around the house which made me feel like something was being covered up. And I absolutely think that marketing these as 'luxury' is hugely misleading. The price for what they were was absolutely fine, but absolutely not luxury. From no curtains in the bedroom, to the smell downstairs, to the duvet that was too small for the bed, the fridge that smelled, the aged kitchen appliances and there being no glasses in the kitchen, this cannot be called luxury! In a pinch I'd say it's fine, but I wouldn't recommend if there were other choices.

Only 2 pillows on the kingsize bed and only 2 hangers available. Also the blind in the bedroom was missing a strip so privacy was compromised.

Wonderful, relaxing and we are already looking forward to booking our next stay!

Location of the accommodation was fantastic, I am originally from Swansea and had some family living just a few minutes walk away, so that was a bonus in itself, to be able to walk to their house. Swansea could have done with this type of accommodation a long time ago! For those not familiar with the area, there is plenty of food options, supermarkets within a short distance, there is also a games cafe that is open late near the houses, another bonus for walking back and of course Joes ice cream parlour is just around the corner too! As far as the house is concerned, the owners have done them to such a high standard and provide everything basic that is required! We stayed in a one bedroom house and it was big enough for my husband, myself and a cot for our 11 month old, who was also able to crawl around downstairs quite freely, without me worrying that she would get into something that she should not have. The owners were also so efficient with responding to any issues and resolved our wifi issue almost immediately!

Nice property, clean an tidy, decent sized tv, lovely bedroom,nice shower, kitchen good for cooking in for the evening an morning.

Only downside was the area but can’t say it was in a bad area as close to the beach an shops just a few neighbours in the next street shouting late hours but it was a Saturday night.

Very disappointing

The location was excellent. Having a split level was great; the property felt more spacious because of this. Nicely fitted bathroom and loo. The bedding smelt gorgeous and was velour so lovely a soft but not suitable for spring/ summer.

There was supposed to be a bed sofa - my partner snores and I'm a very light sleeper. But there was no bed sofa as advertised! Unbelievable as I messaged them beforehand about this. The sofa upholstery and carpet were very dirty. There were burns on the carpet and coffee table. The more we were there, the more we spotted a lot of areas that were grubby where it had not been deep cleaned - walls, doors etc. Also tiles broken on the bathroom floor. Not the luxury advertised. The garden was shocking!! We chose this place for our dog but it was totally unsafe so she couldn't be out there at all - there was a huge metal thing in the garden and the separation between the neighbours garden was broken down. There was no curtains on the bedroom window so we were up as soon as the sun came up. Such a shame as these are all really fixable things. It looks like the owners have stopped caring or maybe they own too many properties to care.

Grim location! Definitely not recommended!

The house itself is nice enough but the location is grim and surrounded by run down dirty streets with empty shops and boarded up pubs.

Everything! The house was fine but it smelt and the location was terrible. So we literally were there 20 minutes and left. The owner wouldn't even give a partial refund but I guess it was our choice not to stay.

The windows do not open. The key is broken and left on the window ledge. The arrival was confusing. Other people, not of the establishment kindly assisted us. Instructions for entry code and parking were unclear. No views
