The £100 deposit was a bit annoying but if you pay in cash you can avoid delays in repayment.

Location was in walking distance of the venue we were attending
Being disabled it was very difficult to find a parking space especially with the roads being 'one-way' it took us a good hour to find parking
We didn't feel particularly safe
