The staff are lovely.
My double room was large.
I liked the Welsh themed decorations - Dylan Thomas quotes and prints of sheep and Welsh bonnets.
I hope they keep them after the renovation.

Lovely building, has been a thriving central hotel for years and years. I am local but had a friend visiting so stayed with them there, nice to experience hotel in my home town. Felt very pampered. Comfortable and clean modern room, stayed on a weekday so fairly quiet. Breakfast is amazing! If you are there on a Sunday-try the roast dinners.. Epic!!
Right opposite train station, not too far from central bus station- buses to Mumbles & Gower.
Short walk to Marina and plenty of pubs, restaurants and nightlife nearby.

Located next to the train station and hotel was exceptionally clean
The bar closed at 10am on a Friday night. No light in the lift. Could hear everything from the street all through the night.
