I won't pretend that my stay was entirely smooth but, to their credit, the hotel did its best to make things right when I could no longer stand what I suspected were mid-coital gymnastics happening above me at 1.30am, and decided to move room. If I had my time again I would not have booked The Georgian, but rather the far nicer looking Morgan's Hotel on the other side of the road.

Had a wonderful stay the rooms were well decorated and had comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The breakfast staff were very helpful - Ben on the front desk was professional and friendly and recommended places to eat.

We love the hotel and will always return, however, the room was too hot to sleep (despite temperature controls), and the noise from doors banging and floors creaking was too much to sleep.

Beautifully styled hotel, the room was immaculately clean. Particularly enjoyed the Morgans Bar in the evening. Crossing the road for breakfast feels a bit unusual, but we did opt to stay outside of the main Morgan's hotel

If you are looking for an elegant, old-world place to stay with a sense of history and style, this is a very good choice. I was very comfortable here. The only reason I haven't given the highest marks is because not everything was easy: the shower was beautiful, but small. The room was nicely appointed, but a bit hard to maneuver around in. The bed was like something out of Jane Austen -- but a bit hard to climb up into (and I'm tall). Those things aside, I really enjoyed my stay here. Great location too for the main museums, a lot of eating choices, and the trendy renovated dock area.

I've stayed in Swansea a few times but never explored the Marina. With local parking at £5 for 24hours, we were able to come and go as many times as we liked. This was useful as we were avle to drive back and forth between the hotel and our son's student house as much as we needed. The hotel was of a high standard, decorated in a boutique style. We didn't eat breakfast there as we wanted to try out The Observatory for brunch. That was a real find if you like reclaimed decor and the food was amazing.
