Single night stay for business. I stay here several times a year whenever I’m working in Swansea. The hotel is located favourably in the town between the main shopping/ restaurant area and the marina. It’s always clean and very comfortable. Lots of amazing character and lovely professional yet attentive staff.

Last minute stay in swansea. Has a room over in the townhouse which was lovely and quiet and the bed was really comfy. Just a shame the hotel did not have room service as they said they didn’t have the kitchen open!

Great Molton brown products for bath and shower. Brilliant reception staff who came up to room to check my room key worked.

Lovely old building sympathetically restored. Location is perfect for Swansea Arena shows. Charming welcome by Amy who looked after us so well. We stayed in a suite (thank you). It was a very large room with faultless wifi, aircon and amazing bathroom plus included mini bar. The room itself was very large. I think the ceilings were 15 feet high. Breakfast had some cold buffet items and a large selection of fresh cooked alla carte items: the room, service and food were all first rate. This hotel deserves its high rating and I would stay here again without hesitation.

The bedrooms are very spacious and bathroom was luxurious. It is very close to the arena and was perfect for my son's graduation as it is walking distance to everything. The breakfast was good too. There was ac which is a must for muggy weather

Generally good. However it is expensive so my expectations are high! Bit disappointing that there was no access to bar / restaurant. Were told before we arrived about this but not at time of booking. Coffee machine was broken - reception informed when we arrived but not fixed. The attitude seemed to be “there you go then”. Other than that a nice stay.

We enjoyed a one-night stay in the annex building, warmly welcomed by excellent staff. Our recently refurbished room was clean and comfortable, featuring a spacious bed with ample duvet and pillows. The central location offered easy access to entertainment, restaurants, and pubs, all just a five-minute walk away. We appreciated the secure parking for our motorcycles. Highly recommend this place for a great stay!

A great stay at the Morgans. Room was clean & spacious and we really enjoyed the hot breakfast (note the continental options are limited). A special mention to Amy at the front desk who was absolutely brilliant.

Beautiful hotel and secure parking and very close to city centre. But unfortunately I was across the road in their property and sadly very noisy with cars and also HGV delivering past 11pm, then another occupant staying above me was causing a noise with their friends etc from 11.30pm until gone 2am, this resulted in barely 2 hours sleep as sadly had work at 5am.

Check in system was new and very convoluted. I had to check in twice for two rooms under one name which, after a very long journey I didn’t welcome. Staff were great but accommodation was across a road then up three flights of stairs- with a three year old and a buggy this was not great. I wouldn’t have boooked had I known. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. The main hotel was very nice, shame we couldn’t utilise it more. Shower was great. Beds too soft for me but others loved them. Rooms v quiet and we slept well. Breakfast had plenty of choice for hot options cooked to order. Again staff here were excellent and efficient. A mixed stay. The people make the experience the property and systems leave a little to be desired to match the quality of the staff.
